🎯 The Governor of Al-Jazeera Province visited Wadrawa, donated five energy units, and oversaw the review of the electrical transformers.
The governor, Mr. Al-Taher Ibrahim Al-Khair, inspected the Wadrawa area in the Eastern Al-Jazeera locality. During his visit, he toured service institutions including schools, the hospital, and the administrative unit, accompanied by the executive director, the local security committee, and the heads of popular resistance from both the province and the locality.
He affirmed the legitimacy of the submitted demands and stated that the purpose of the visit was to address service-related issues on the ground so that they can be resolved and any deficiencies corrected.
Furthermore, the governor ensured the sponsorship of the transformers, which total fourteen in number, and donated to the hospital two solar energy units for emergencies and operations, three solar energy units for water services, and one solar energy unit for the village of Branco.
Engineer Abu Bakr Abdullah, the Minister of Urban Planning, also announced that electricity would be supplied to the Wadrawa unit within a week. He mentioned that expenditures in the services sector exceeded five trillion in the old currency, and that the transformers were supplied with 570 barrels of oil—all achieved through entirely loyal efforts.
Major Sufyan Ali, the head of popular resistance in the Eastern Al-Jazeera locality, praised the efforts made by the provincial government in resolving issues and striving to provide services.
Representatives from various sectors in the Wadrawa unit expressed demands for improvements in health services, the provision of medicines, the supply of solar energy for water stations, and they voiced concerns regarding a security threat in the area posed by unplanned housing.
